I know. I just purchased a house. I've been trying to get a roofing estimate. I called a contractor and the people were out for lunch. I left a message, and no one called back. I called another company and they didn't answer their phone. I left a message and they didn't call back.
I've been calling painters. I have called 5 painters. One returned my call, and said he couldn't do the job, but the four others do not answer their phone, or returned my call.
Wouldn't it be nice for someone to answer their phone? It's true, a person cannot always answer their phone, they may be on the other line, or they might be having dinner with their loved ones. Wouldn't it be nice to have your call returned?
We at M&M feel it is only respectful to answer our phones, and return calls. You made the effort to call us, you are interested in using us, you need help, why are we going to disrespect you by ignoring your calls and not returning messages.

The need for condo window cleaners
